Job summary

Storio Group seeks a Performance Marketing Director to lead our global paid channels from the Amsterdam office. You will own the marketing investment across markets and guide a diverse team of about 20 specialists, shaping growth with data-driven decisions.

You will report to the CMCO, partner with senior leaders, and drive ROI through unified investment strategies while embracing curiosity and collaboration across product and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven performance marketing expertise across channels.
• Experience leading international teams in fast-paced ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of paid channels to ensure flawless execution.
• Experiment with machine learning and AI tools to automate marketing programs.
• Run fast testing cycles to discover new marketing capabilities and scale sales.
• Manage and mentor senior functional leads to support career growth.
• Collaborate with product and analytics to keep the growth pipeline moving.
• Build strong relationships with global partners like Google and Meta to stay ahead of market trends.
