Job summary

Storio Group in Amsterdam seeks a Performance Marketing Director to lead our global paid channels, including search, social, display and partnerships. You will manage a substantial investment budget and guide a diverse international team of about 20 people.

Reporting to the CMCO, you will build a unified investment strategy, drive ROI and mentor senior leads while collaborating with product and analytics to fuel growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Deep performance marketing expertise with focus on mobile marketing and paid social.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and complex marketing metrics.
• Experience leading international teams in fast-paced ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communicator able to translate data into executive-level insights.
• Formal degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience navigating post omnibus regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Own significant part of profit and loss by driving new customer acquisition.
• Architect unified investment strategy across global channels.
• Deliver high marketing efficiency and ROI across the budget.
• Partner with CFO to build measurement frameworks aligning marketing and finance data.
• Proactively manage risks related to data privacy landscapes.
• Foster a high-performance culture where team members feel empowered and have clear purpose.
