Job summary

WeTravel is seeking a payment and monetization product leader to own the entire money flow, from signup to payments and supplier payouts, across multiple currencies and payment methods. You’ll partner with the CEO/COO to drive strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and help scale our monetization engine with an AI-assisted financial OS at the core.

The ideal candidate will have a GM mindset, deep FinTech expertise, and a proven ability to ship at pace while balancing growth, risk, and compliance

• Deep FinTech product-building experience across payments, issuance, or related domains.
• Proven track record delivering 0-to-1 and large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end money flow at WeTravel—from signup, KYB/KYC to travelers paying organizers and organizers paying suppliers.
• Oversee Money In and Money Out processes across 40+ currencies and 30+ payment methods, including upsell opportunities.
• Lead the AI-assisted financial OS experience and the real-time payment ledger to support $10B+ annual volume.
• Collaborate with CEO/COO and LT to shape strategy; guide design, engineering, and GTM teams.
