Job summary

Choice Logistics is seeking a senior analyst to build and own a performance management framework for our EMEA-APAC operations. You will design KPI hierarchies, define data logic, and deliver dashboards in Tableau with Python-driven data prep, enabling leaders to track metrics daily.

You will collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Network/Inventory and Finance to translate pain into measurable improvements, pushing adoption and continuous improvement across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business analyst, operations analyst, performance/BI analyst or similar role in logistics, supply chain, transportation, distribution or field-service operations.
• Tableau at a level where dashboards are designed and shipped for business use.
• Python for data work: pandas, databases/APIs, automating data pipelines and reporting.
• Demonstrable ownership of at least one analytics or measurement product from ideation through adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management with operational teams and leadership.
• Experience in Agile / iterative delivery with fast feedback loops.
• Fluent English across multiple regions/time zones.
• Practical use of AI tools to accelerate development with tangible impact.
• SQL and familiarity with WMS/TMS/OMS data structures.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience in 3PL/4PL, service-parts or time-critical logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Define KPI hierarchy for EMEA-APAC Operations execution (order cycle time, SLA attainment, exception rates, inventory accuracy, cost-to-serve, productivity, quality).
• Own metric definitions and data logic to unify meaning across teams/sites/clients.
• Design review cadence and artifacts used at each organizational level.
• Lead implementation and adoption of the performance framework.
• Design and develop dashboards and automated reports in Tableau with Python-driven data prep and automation.
• Take products through ideation, prototype, sign-off, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
• Use AI tooling to shorten development cycles and raise quality of deliverables.
• Maintain documentation so it survives the team and future contributors.
• Run requirements sessions with operations, client services, and finance across EMEA-APAC.
• Translate operational pain into measurable metrics and tangible change.
• Manage stakeholders from team leads to directors, handling tough conversations when metrics reflect teams unfavorably.
• Surface root causes and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
