Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a globally distributed Open Source Engagement team.
• Define and execute the open source engagement strategy and OKRs.
• Partner with Product Management to incorporate community feedback into planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to address upstream issues.
• Represent NetApp in open source communities, foundations and working groups.
• Build relationships with maintainers and governance bodies.
• Track team goals, delivery, risks, and budgets.
