Job summary

CAPE Holland, a Venterra Group company, seeks a Sales Manager Offshore Wind to drive commercial growth in the global offshore wind market. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with developers, EPCs and contractors, and position CAPE Holland equipment, rental solutions and services in projects worldwide.

From qualification to contract award you lead negotiations, coordinate internal teams and contribute to the growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in offshore wind, offshore construction, heavy equipment or oil & gas.
• Proven track record in technical sales, business development or commercial management.
• Experience with tendering and negotiating complex offshore contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the full commercial lifecycle from opportunity development to project execution.
• International commercial experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial opportunities across the offshore wind industry.
• Build strong customer relationships and lead commercial discussions.
• Identify and secure opportunities for equipment sales, rental solutions and value-added services.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline across priority markets.
• Translate customer needs and market developments into viable opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and CAPE Holland's growth strategy.
• Lead commercial opportunities from qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation and award.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to develop competitive and feasible solutions.
• Represent CAPE Holland at industry events and customer meetings.
