Job summary

Acrisure Global Network (AGN) in Amsterdam is hiring a Network Operations Analyst to manage data, dashboards and processes for a high‑performing global network. You will maintain data on partners, opportunities, accounts and revenue, produce regular dashboards and reports, and support forecasting and leadership reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Fluent English and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills with Power BI and CRM experience are essential, along with a proactive, collaborative mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations, data analysis, project support preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, CRM, Monday and workflow tools advantageous.
• Interest in AI and automation and ability to apply this.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data on AGN members, opportunities, accounts and revenue flows.
• Produce dashboards and reports covering pipeline, referrals, partner activity, service performance and income.
• Analyze trends, gaps and exceptions and present findings and actions.
• Support data quality controls across systems and teams.
• Assist with forecasting, planning and leadership reports.
