Job summary

NewCold Digital is expanding its network team and seeks an Associate Network Architect to help design, standardize, and automate our global network while advancing security and reliability in a highly automated logistics environment.

You will work with underlay/overlay fabrics, cloud networking, and Zero Trust concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for international operations.

Qualifications

• About 7+ years of enterprise networking experience with hands-on engineering and design.
• Strong routing, switching, wireless network knowledge for enterprise environments.
• Experience with network security, segmentation, and firewalls (Fortinet preferred).
• Solid TCP/IP knowledge; BGP/OSPF routing.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ISE, and security solutions.
• Familiarity with SDA, Zero Trust, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to document designs and collaborate across international teams.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to global network architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure network designs.
• Create high-level and low-level designs and technical documentation.
• Take ownership of network designs, reviews, and decisions.
• Support SDA, segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Design, test, and optimize Cisco/Fortinet-based solutions.
• Develop network automation with Python and Ansible.
• Produce standardized configurations and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams and partners.
