Job summary

Vialto in the Netherlands seeks a tax advisor to support wage tax, personal income tax and social security for cross-border employment, expats, and remote workers. You will work directly with clients and individual taxpayers to translate complex tax matters into practical, client-focused solutions.

You will collaborate with corporate HR, Tax and Global Mobility teams to develop niche expertise and use technology, data and AI-enabled tools to deliver efficient services across borders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law.
• Knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements and wage tax.
• Up to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Accurate, proactive mindset with good writing skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and good English (speaking and writing).

• Serve clients and individual taxpayers, translating complex tax matters into practical solutions.
