Job summary

EY’s Eindhoven office is seeking a Consultant Mobility Talent Operate to support global mobility for multinational clients. You’ll handle assignment documentation, liaise with international employees, and coordinate payroll cycles within a dedicated PAS Mobility team.

This role requires strong HR experience and English proficiency, with Dutch preferred. You’ll work in a collaborative, hybrid environment in Eindhoven, with opportunities for training, travel, and enrichment across mobility

Qualifications

• Academic background with International HR experience.
• Experience in working within high performing teams.
• Knowledge of numbers and payroll documents.
• Excellent English language (verbal and written) and preferably Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Provide global mobility HR support to clients, including preparation of assignment documentation and managing relocation cases.
• Coordinate with client’s international employees and assignees.
• Manage the full assignment lifecycle, including briefing with assignees.
• Coordinate third-party vendors such as relocation companies and housing agencies.
• Create and review assignment-related documentation.
• Manage monthly payroll cycles and communicate ahead of potential glitches.
