Job summary

Meetingselect GMBH is seeking a dynamic intern for the Meeting & Events department. You will liaise with venues and customers to craft proposals for meetings, events, training and overnights. You will maintain customer data, answer questions, and visit venues to gather information.

The role is ideal for a Dutch- and English-speaking student with an MBO-4 or HBO-related study. You will work 4-5 days a week in a hybrid setup, with internship compensation and a laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• MBO-4 or HBO study in a related field.
• You are eager to learn and motivated.
• Customer-friendly with good communication skills.
• Accurate, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Enjoy quick chats and jokes.
• Team player and stress-resistant.
• Internship for 4-5 days a week.
• Not afraid to contact customers & venues.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with venues and customers to prepare proposals for meetings, events, training courses and overnight stays.
• Maintain customer list and respond to questions and requests accurately.
• Provide venues with necessary information about Meetingselect during contact.
• Visit venues as part of the internship.
