Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking an immediately available Programme Manager to lead end-to-end governance for Marketing workstreams across design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

You will coordinate global stakeholders across Marketing, Tech, R&D, GBS and external partners, tracking progress, risks and dependencies, with clear mitigation and escalation. Hybrid work arrangement in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in PMO or project management within large transformations or separations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme management for Marketing workstreams across all phases (design, build, testing, go-live, hypercare).
• Coordinate global stakeholders (Marketing, Tech, R&D, GBS, external partners) to ensure alignment and execution.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear mitigation and escalation.
• Manage programme governance, including stage-gate readiness and go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment readiness across markets and teams.
• Oversee training, change management, and business adoption of new processes and tools.
• Support go-live execution and post-launch stabilization (hypercare).
• Drive smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations and GBS handover.
• Maintain integrated plans, reporting, and executive-level visibility on programme status.
