Job summary

Keune Haircosmetics is seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to drive strategy and coordinate campaigns across our international subsidiary network. Based at our Global Head Office in Soest, you will partner with Marketing Managers to activate the Global Marketing Programme and ensure premium brand presentation worldwide.

You will manage events for international colleagues and clients, lead cross-functional marketing projects, and continually refine processes in a fast-paced, globally

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or Events.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for making things happen.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
• Curious, entrepreneurial and improvement-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of Subsidiary Marketing Strategy.
• Coordinate roll-out of Global Marketing Programme across subsidiaries.
• Champion consistent brand execution across markets.
• Coordinate product launches, campaigns and activations.
• Support planning and execution of Trade Marketing Calendar.
• Monitor progress and gather market feedback.
