Job summary

Philips Internship: Content and Engagement (Bachelor, non-thesis) is a 5–6 month program based in Best, Netherlands. You will organize and optimize the marketing content ecosystem, conduct market research, and explore AI tools to improve campaign creation and engagement.

You will work with the Content & Engagement team, reporting to the Content & Engagement Leader within IGT-S Product Management & Marketing, collaborating with MarCom Managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Interest in marketing communications and digital content management.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to handle large digital content sets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Content & Engagement team and MarCom Managers by maintaining and optimizing the asset library.
• Conduct desk research and market intelligence to inform campaigns and content.
• Explore and develop AI-enabled marketing solutions, including prompts and workflows.
• Assist day-to-day marketing activities: content reviews, campaign tasks, reporting, asset coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support global marketing programs.
