Job summary

NACOS Marine is seeking a hands-on Service Coordinator in Schiedam, NL, to manage international service projects for maintenance, repair, and upgrades of maritime systems. You will coordinate Field Service Engineers, spare parts, and service activities, while overseeing commercial, administrative, and financial aspects of each project.

The role requires strong customer focus, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused professional with service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in a service-oriented organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international service projects including maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
• Act as first point of contact for customers and stakeholders during project execution.
• Coordinate service orders from acceptance to invoicing and payment.
• Plan Field Service Engineers, spare parts, and resources for attendances.
• Monitor work orders and report status to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure orders and job files are properly processed for invoicing and closure.
