Job summary

Cytiva in the Netherlands seeks a Global Manufacturing Engineer to lead cross‑border process innovation, multi‑site standardization, digitization of manufacturing and transfers of production into Cytiva operations worldwide.

This on‑site role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Technical Operations and Engineering and works with RD&E and other stakeholders to define and implement project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in production or engineering.
• Experience in regulated/medical device or related industry.
• Minimum 5 years in project planning and project management.
• Minimum 3 years in innovation, development, testing and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead global manufacturing initiatives, including process innovation and standardization across sites.
• Drive digitization of manufacturing processes and transfers into Cytiva operations.
• Collaborate with RD&E and other stakeholders to define and implement project requirements.
• Define machine requirements and work with internal and external builders.
• Ensure compliance through validation, verification and regulatory requirements.
• Improve product quality and productivity by identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Adhere to quality systems and report concerns with corrective actions as needed.
