Qualifications

• Recent work experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping standards and documentation is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.
• Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks.
• At least HBO education.
• Located in Eindhoven area; relocation not considered.
• Strong proficiency in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Handling daily warehouse activities, such as order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing items for dispatch.
• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting contents, and managing storage or processing.
• Maintaining an organized, safe warehouse environment.
• Managing inventory data, order entries, and shipment records in the ERP system.
• Supporting logistics administration through scheduling and document prep.
• Performing physically active tasks involving lifting and moving goods.
