Enza Zaden seeks a Global Manager Legal to shape and execute the company’s worldwide legal strategy. You will lead the legal team, optimize contract management, and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

You will manage complex international contracts, litigation, and compliance while collaborating with global teams and external advisors. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s in Dutch Law (LL.M., Civil Law) and 12–15 years in international legal environment.
• Strong leadership, strategic counsel, and management of complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels across cultures.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a legal team of 4 FTE.
• Develop and execute global legal strategy and annual plans.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks globally and optimize contract processes.
