Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Director, Global Operations Excellence to lead transformation and standardisation across the global supply chain. Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation, or a related global leadership role.
• Proven experience leading Operational Excellence, Lean, continuous improvement, or business transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, 3PL/4PL management, and governance.
• Experience leading global tenders, service partner development, and supplier performance improvement; strong financial acumen with OPEX/CAPEX oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Operations Excellence agenda and transformation roadmap.
• Oversee Lean Kaizen Office and drive Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction.
• Develop global operational standards ensuring high-quality service across markets.
• Translate business needs into operational plans and deliverable roadmaps.
• Lead service partner development, including tender activity and governance.
• Oversee budgetary analysis of OPEX and CAPEX across the global supply chain.
• Generate data-driven insights to shape strategic improvements.
