Job summary

Kubota Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise projects within the ePMO, ensuring delivery on time, in scope and on budget. You will coordinate with senior management, staff and vendors to align goals with priorities.

The role requires strong governance, communication with executives and hands-on leadership of multiple workstreams, with 4+ years of PM experience and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience spanning business process change and multiple technology components.
• Experience in project governance, software development and testing lifecycles.
• Strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead multinational virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities, tasks and resources daily.
• Define scope, timeline, budget and milestones.
• Coordinate change, risks, and vendor management.
• Lead status reporting to sponsors or steering committees.
• Develop and own roadmaps and project plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage scope changes and costs with formal verification.
• Maintain project documentation and stakeholder relationships.
