Job summary

NovoServe | Serving your data is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for servers and network hardware across our Dutch and international data centers. You will lead supplier selection, negotiate terms, and ensure contracts comply with laws and our long-term strategy.

You will work with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives, maintain the contract register, and assess suppliers for information security and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in procuring servers and network equipment.
• Experience with vendor management and contract processes is essential.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for servers and networking hardware across data centers.
• Drive supplier selection, contracting, and compliance with policies.
• Manage contract register and renewal decisions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Portfolio management on market and price developments.
• Organize periodic supplier assessments (info security, risk, performance).
