Job summary

ASML is seeking an experienced Investor Relations leader to develop and execute the company’s investor relations program, translating strategy and financial performance for the investment community.

The role partners with senior management, providing market intelligence, investor feedback, and support for earnings presentations, capital markets events, and communications. A strong finance background and deep knowledge of semiconductor markets are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, marketing, product management or strategy.
• Semiconductor, technology knowledge, customer experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and company valuation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing engagement with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other capital market participants.
• Prepare briefing materials for management ahead of investor interactions.
• Draft investor presentations, earnings materials, and investor updates.
• Coordinate with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams to ensure consistent disclosures.
• Monitor analyst reports, research publications, estimate revisions, and price target changes.
• Prepare regular capital market related intelligence reports for senior management.
• Support planning and execution of Capital Markets Days, industry conferences, roadshows, site visits, analyst events.
