Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Inventory & Costing for a 12‑month contract. You will lead standard costing for Zug and Actelion sourced plants and coordinate with cross‑country teams in Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands.

The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, fluency in English, advanced Excel and SAP experience, and a degree in finance or accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, SAP and cost accounting is an asset.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel and digital tooling proficiency expected.
• Ability to work in an international hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the standard cost pricing process (actual and budget) and financial flows for products sourced from Switzerland (Zug and Actelion).
• Maintain the standard costing master data and intercompany pricing daily.
• Act as a SME for finance approval tools (sIDMa/Pendulum/ICP-tool).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Tax, Trade compliance to set up new product flows.
• Act as finance SME for Lifecycle Management of Zug and Actelion owned products.
• Drive standardization and harmonization, support digital transformation projects.
