About MedTech

You will be responsible for:
- Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Following SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols at all times while maintaining cleanliness of the work area to prevent contamination or mix-ups
- Preparing and verifying batch components and preparing machinery, including performing format changeovers for production runs
- Manufacturing products in accordance with established procedures, GMP, documentation practices, and quality standards
- Conducting product inspections and in‑process checks to ensure compliance with specifications
- Preparing, documenting, and accurately completing production records, including batch reconciliation and supporting material transfers
- Following PPE and corporate security requirements, reporting risks, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and company regulations
- Supporting team members in manufacturing processes, fostering cooperation, and supporting finished goods projects and assigned tasks
- Escalating process deviations, batch mix‑ups, critical defects, or other issues impacting safety, production, or product quality, while ensuring compliance with the Employee Code of Conduct and communicating improvement opportunities
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- An ability to follow instructions and effective communication skills combined with an ability to work well within a team
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ideally experience in manufacturing or production environment ; experience with LEAN tools and continuous improvement methodologies is also desirable, but not a must have
