Job summary

Nebius, based in Amsterdam, seeks an Intercompany Accountant to support the Group's intercompany processes across multiple entities with a focus on cost-plus calculations, reconciliations, and period-end close.

You will collaborate with local finance teams across time zones to ensure accurate data, post journal entries, and maintain documentation in line with control requirements. Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably intercompany or general ledger in a multi-entity organisation.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English for international teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end cost-plus calculations per intercompany agreements and allocate costs.
• Reconcile intercompany charges to invoices and records; investigate differences.
• Post and validate journal entries; support period-end close and reporting.
• Support monthly/quarterly reconciliations and balance-sheet work with NetSuite reports.
• Maintain documentation evidencing intercompany agreements and cost-plus methodologies.
• Identify recurring mismatch patterns and propose remediation actions.
