Job summary

Hunter Douglas Europe is seeking a Legal Intern in Rotterdam for a 6-month internship starting early February 2027. You will gain hands-on experience within a global in-house legal team, supporting a range of legal, compliance, and operational initiatives.

You will work with the EMEA Legal & Compliance team on contract review, drafting, and legal research while contributing to modernizing legal tools and processes in a fast-moving, international business environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO/Bachelor's/Master's in Law or Business in related field.
• Interest in in-house legal work and compliance.
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support legal spend tracking and dashboards.
• Assist with KYC and corporate data management.
• Contribute to CMS and DMS implementation.
• Support legal tech initiatives and process improvements.
• Review and summarise contracts and NDAs.
• Assist drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
