Van Hessen is seeking an HR Director to lead the people strategy globally. You will partner with the COO and senior leaders to shape a high-performing organisation across regions and cultures.
Responsibilities include developing and executing the global HR strategy, organisational design, talent development, and driving engagement and change management. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch and other languages are a plus.

We are seeking an HR Director to lead the people strategy for Van Hessen. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll partner closely with the COO and senior business leaders to shape a high-performing organisation.
You will lead the development and execution of the global HR strategy, drive organisational effectiveness, foster employee engagement, and support transformational business initiatives across multiple regions and cultures.
You will have a willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis as required.
