PPHE Hotel Group offers a Technology & Business Solutions Intern role based in the Netherlands, supporting technology projects across hotels and corporate functions. You will join an international team of technology specialists, assisting with project coordination, financial administration, reporting, and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO Level 4 (BOL) or HBO programme in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team with the delivery of technology and business-focused projects.
• Independently coordinate smaller projects and provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of technology projects across multiple hotel properties.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and governance records.
• Support project budget tracking, forecasting activities, and vendor scheduling.
• Assist with the creation and processing of purchase orders and expenditure approvals.
• Prepare presentations and progress updates for management, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor documentation, support agreements, and service records.
• Assist with departmental administration, contract management, and process documentation.
