Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is offering a Technology & Business Solutions Intern position based at our Corporate Office in Amsterdam. You will support the Project Management team with project coordination, financial administration, reporting and operational activities across hotels and corporate functions.

The role requires enrollment in a MBO Level 4 (BOL) or HBO program, fluent English, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a MBO Level 4 (BOL) or HBO programme in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team with the delivery of technology and business‑focused projects.
• Independently coordinate smaller projects and provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of technology projects across multiple hotel properties.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and governance records.
• Support project budget tracking, forecasting activities, and vendor scheduling.
• Assist with the creation and processing of purchase orders and expenditure approvals.
• Prepare presentations and progress updates for management, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor documentation, support agreements, and service records.
• Assist with departmental administration, contract management, and process documentation.
