Job summary

Colosseum Dental Benelux is seeking a Group Head People Experience & Technology to shape the HR operating model across 11 European markets and to drive strategy for HR technology, including Workday, across the group.

You will lead the Group HR Technology team, collaborate with Group HR and IT, and ensure systems deliver measurable business value while maintaining data integrity and compliance. A hands-on, strategic leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HRIS management, People Operations and HR Technology.
• Experience optimising HR processes in multinational environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of Workday and HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR process standardisation across markets.
• Lead HR technology architecture and vendor relations.
• Manage a team of HR technology professionals.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and local labour laws.
