Job summary

Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market in Amsterdam to lead the end-to-end GTM process. You will translate business priorities into plans, governance and scalable ways of working, working with senior leaders across functions to ensure timely and effective market delivery.

You will define the GTM operating model, set milestones, and sponsor continuous improvement, driving measurable outcomes and alignment with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Go-To-Market, strategy and operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading managers and senior professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the Go-To-Market vision, functional strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead transformation of the Go-To-Market process from brief to market launch.
• Translate strategy into departmental objectives, plans, and metrics.
• Own and evolve the GTM operating model, governance, and standards.
• Lead delivery through managers and GTM professionals with accountable outcomes.
• Establish cross-functional governance forums for milestones and dependencies.
