Job summary

Monex Europe Ltd. seeks an experienced FX Dealer for the Dutch market to execute client orders and manage daily trading activities. You will work with Dutch and international clients, leveraging extensive FX knowledge and regulatory experience to optimise risk and margins.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, plus a track record in a regulated investment firm. You will collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to deliver best-in-class FX solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated investment firm.
• Proven track record with Dutch clients.
• Senior level capability in a commercial environment.
• Extensive knowledge of FX markets and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders in FX products with precision and integrity.
• Manage day-to-day trading activities, pricing, and hedging decisions.
• Support onboarding by understanding client needs and KYC requirements.
• Maintain awareness of market, counterparty, and operational risk.
• Record and maintain all trading activity logs per Monex policy.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to sustain client relations.
• Provide input to business development for client-focused services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
