Job summary

Sandvik Eindhoven is seeking a Freight System Analyst to optimise our global transportation network. You will bridge Freight Operations, Process Owners and IT to ensure accurate data, efficient systems and evolving business processes in a growing digital supply chain.

You will drive transportation planning, carrier management, freight settlement, and reporting, while supporting system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, freight management or logistics systems.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably Blue Yonder TMS.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier management and freight operations.
• Experience with SAP logistics or transportation processes.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting and BI.
• Experience supporting system integrations and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as Super User for the Transportation Management System and support global Control Tower teams.
• Maintain transportation master data, carrier profiles and routing rules.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with Process and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Lead transportation optimization initiatives to improve service and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain freight dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI.
• Provide training and guidance to logistics users and support system integrations.
