Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analytics within Supply Chain and/or retail environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Python, Databricks, and similar analytical tools.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights through visualisation and storytelling.
• Understanding of advanced analytics concepts such as Machine Learning, Optimisation, or Operations Research is beneficial.
• Strong communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through effective reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and execute solutions to complex supply chain and operational challenges.
• Conduct root cause analyses and evaluate the impact of improvements on key business KPIs.
• Partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality, completeness, and accessibility.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions for stakeholders.
• Support data literacy and analytical capability across the wider team.
