Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager, GBS - FP&A Global Excellence to drive operational excellence, standardization and transformation across FP&A processes globally. The role collaborates with the FP&A Global Process Lead on strategic roadmap, policy design, and tool optimization.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives, driving automation, and ensuring governance across budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or Finance certification (CFPA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are plus.
• 10+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Process Excellence.
• Proven experience in FP&A processes within GBS or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Transformation: develop and execute FP&A strategy within GBS.
• Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management: design and implement standard FP&A processes and templates.
• GBS Expansion & Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for migration of FP&A activities into GBS; drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Policy Design & Governance: define global FP&A policies and ensure alignment with standards.
• Technology, Tools & Ownership: act as owner of FP&A tools and collaborate on enhancements; promote automation.
