Job summary

Stahl is seeking a Senior Reporting Specialist to drive monthly consolidation for 50+ entities using SAP BPC and to deliver IFRS-compliant consolidated statements. The role emphasizes automation, process standardization, and insightful financial analyses in an international setting.

You will support M&A integrations and collaborate across global teams while ensuring accurate global reporting and business insights. Fluency in English is essential, with a strong hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in an international reporting environment or with a Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with SAP BPC; HFM experience is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly consolidation process for more than 50 global entities in SAP BPC, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly management and stakeholder reporting and provide insightful financial analyses.
• Support the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, annual reports and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvements through automation, standardization and optimization of reporting processes.
• Support M&A and integration activities and contribute to the successful integration into the reporting environment.
