Job summary

Enza Zaden invites a Global Finance Business Partner for Seed Operations to be based at the Headoffice in Enkhuizen. You will drive the financial performance of the Global function and act as a sparring partner to the Functional Director and Senior Management as part of the management team.

You will lead strategic financial initiatives, mentor regional finance teams and contribute to cross-functional projects. Fluency in Dutch and English is required and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of hands-on senior finance experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence board and senior management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize the financial performance of the Global function and contribute to the company’s overall performance.
• Serve as sparring partner to the Functional Director and Senior Management; member of functional management.
• Lead and drive functional business development activities (e.g., business cases, M&A).
• Be part of tactical and strategic cross-functional and project teams (e.g., Crop Leadership Teams).
• Member of Global Business Control Lead Team and sparring partner of CFO and Finance management.
• Train and build capability with regional and local Business Controllers and/or Finance Managers.
• Develop and maintain internal/external contacts.
