Job summary

AbbVie’s Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP) offers four six-month rotations over two years, exposing you to Commercial, Operations, Finance Shared Services and Corporate finance. You will gain leadership, analytical and financial management experience across multiple sites, including EU hubs and international assignments.

The program targets finance graduates who want a dynamic, fast-paced career path in a global environment, with on-site roles and rotations across the Netherlands,

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Master’s or bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong academic performance, minimum 2.1.
• Successful completion of at least three accounting courses (each with 3 credit hours) by graduation, with one in cost or managerial accounting.
• Minimum of one internship in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist with month-end close, financial reporting and control processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects across multiple regions and sites.
• Contribute to cost accounting and managerial accounting initiatives.
