Job summary

MUFG, a leading global financial group, invites ambitious graduates to join its 18-month Analyst Programme in Amsterdam. You will complete three six-month rotations across the COO Domain and secure a permanent placement in a team.

Expect exposure to resilience, operations, middle office, CSO and technology, with rigorous mentoring and development. The programme starts with a London-based 5-week training on 19 July 2027, followed by returns to Amsterdam for on-desk rotations.

Qualifications

• Final year of study or recently graduated (within 12 months) at MSc level.
• Strong interest in financial markets and institutions.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
