Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent by Oct 15.
• Maximum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed financial analysis to deliver clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify where processes need improvement and where automation can be applied.
• Collaborate across multiple Finance teams (Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Procurement, etc.).
• Partner with stakeholders to support and drive improvement projects.
• Grow your career by developing new skills during the program.
