Job summary

Clean Clothes Campaign is seeking a Financial Coordinator/Controller to strengthen our financial foundation for an international campaigning network. You will oversee grants, budgets, reporting, and financial administration to support human rights work across supply chains.

We require 5+ years in financial management, strong EU funding knowledge, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers hybrid work, travel reimbursement, pension, and generous leave, with a salary of €4,580 per month

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial management.
Strong knowledge of EU grant compliance and donor reporting.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing budgets for new project proposals.
Producing financial monitoring reports and forecasts for the board.
Overseeing the financial administration (Twinfield) and ensuring cost allocation to donors.
Reviewing financial reports from partner organisations and grantees.
Streamlining financial processes and introducing efficiency improvements.
Advising and training staff on financial procedures and donor requirements.
Leading budget holder and grant manager meetings.
