Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration (road transport preferred).
• Good Excel and accounting system skills.
• Knowledge of international VAT is an advantage.
• Accurate, structured, and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Polish or Dutch or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process transport invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor payments and outstanding balances.
• Check transport-related costs (fuel, tolls, carriers).
• Support monthly closings and VAT administration.
