Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
- Independent, proactive and responsible with strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Travel weekly to multiple customers to commission products and perform preventive maintenance.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical malfunctions for international clients.
- Coordinate with colleagues on product improvements and provide remote support when needed.
- Inspect refurbished products and manage service administration and logistics.
