Qualifications

• 10+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Proven track record in hardware/software development with delivery.
• Broad background across embedded software, backend, cloud and modern applications.
• Strong guidance on software engineering best practices without hands-on coding.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Flutter and UI/UX experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the engineering team, ensuring focus and delivery.
• Inspire, motivate and develop engineers, fostering growth and a positive culture.
• Manage performance reviews and ongoing development conversations.
• Guide engineers on technical best practices and architecture.
• Lead team meetings, remove obstacles and drive continuous improvement across team processes.
• Partner with Product Owners to align priorities and ensure effective execution.
• Translate vision and objectives into clear team priorities and drive delivery to agreed goals.
