Zusammenfassung

Trymax Semiconductor Equipment BV in Nijmegen seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service, and troubleshoot our wafer-processing systems across Europe. You will train customer engineers, document issues, and advise on spare parts to maximise uptime.

Based at our Nijmegen HQ, you’ll also provide remote support and participate in system upgrades, with occasional travel to the USA or Asia as needed. A strong English basis and driving licence are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of multiple disciplines (mechanical, electro‑mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, vacuum, robotics, RF).
• Work experience in equipment servicing is desirable but not required.
• Good working knowledge of English; German/Dutch a plus.
• Valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, service and troubleshoot our systems at customer sites across Europe.
• Provide first-line technical support and training to customers’ service teams.
• Document issues and solutions, advise on spare parts, and share knowledge to maximize uptime.
• Travel as needed and provide remote support from Nijmegen when not on site.
• Prepare system upgrades and service activities; report progress to customers and internal teams.
