Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc in the Netherlands is seeking a detail-oriented projects coordinator to support the federated registries program. You will organize governance meetings, manage documentation, and coordinate multiple stakeholders across internal teams, experts, and vendors.

This home-office based role offers hybrid work, international travel, and opportunities to contribute to governance, data-sharing documentation, and onboarding of new registries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Prior experience in project coordination, clinical research operations, registry coordination, medical affairs, or a healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, documents and stakeholders.
• Able to support administrative and contractual processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize governance meetings, including invitations, agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up.
• Support contractual and administrative activities, including letters of intent, agreements, data-sharing documentation, and any other key documentation.
• Coordinate consensus-building activities, including expert meetings, surveys, Delphi rounds, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support operational and administrative coordination for the federated registry.
• Manage scientific publications’ related administrative activities, including conflict-of-interest disclosures, author documentation, and timeline tracking.
• Support the expansion of the registry network by coordinating onboarding activities for new registries.
• Coordinate crosswalk activities and documentation requirements for new participating registries or sites before submission to the scientific committees.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and other key program documentation to ensure effective program execution.
