Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food/Feed Safety, or related field.
• Initial experience in Quality Assurance or similar area.
• Interest in quality systems, audits and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier and contract manufacturer audits and support the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures and systems to meet export market requirements.
• Support customer complaint handling, root-cause investigations and quality issue resolution.
• Monitor quality performance and drive follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support upcoming quality projects and certification initiatives.
