Job summary

Greenberg Nielsen is seeking a driven (Financial) Controller with strong ESG affinity to contribute to transparent reporting of our societal impact and our climate-related commitments. You will optimize ESG reporting processes and help address internal control questions within the Non-Financial Reporting team.

You will closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including business units, and help translate CSRD/ESRS requirements into practical daily routines.

Qualifications

• WO level education.
• Experience in reporting and control processes (in control framework).
• Problem solving ability and initiative.
• Affinity with CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy and ESRS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and improve non-financial reporting processes to ensure reliable output.
• Translate CSRD and ESRS requirements into daily reporting practice for colleagues.
• Help establish the non-financial control framework.
• Prepare ESG-related information for the annual report in line with ESRS and EU Taxonomy.
