Job summary

Damen Offshore & Specialized Vessels (OSV) is seeking a Project Manager Engineering to lead engineering activities for complex new builds or refits. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, align with clients, classification societies and suppliers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in accordance with HSSEQ/IMED guidelines.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree with extensive engineering project experience, IPMA C or equivalent knowledge, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree with substantial relevant experience.
IPMA C certification or comparable project management knowledge is preferred.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more multidisciplinary engineering project teams.
Ensure deliverables meet time, cost and quality constraints.
Prepare and maintain engineering project plan and milestones.
Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
Coordinate basic and detailed engineering, production support and commissioning.
Act as main point of contact for clients, suppliers and authorities.
