Job summary

ZOA in the Netherlands is seeking an Institutional Relations Manager to lead donor relations and strategic funding proposals. You will work with country teams and HQ to expand funding from institutional donors such as ECHO and UN agencies, ensuring high-quality proposals and compliance.

The role combines relationship management, proposal development, and strategic planning in a global humanitarian context. A Master’s degree and 5+ years with institutional donors are required, with EU work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience with institutional donors.
• Experience in humanitarian/international development sector.
• Permission to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and foster donor relationships with institutional donors and HQ/c country teams.
• Coordinate and strengthen donor proposals and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Support countries in donor strategies and capacity building for fundraising.
• Ensure donor compliance and quality control of proposals and reporting.
• Contribute to strategic development of ZOA’s Institutional Relations.
